Staking Tails offers several benefits:
- Profit Sharing: The higher the level of your Tails, the greater your share from the profit-sharing pool. This system ensures that the rewards are fairly distributed to those who contribute the most to Typus. Here's how it works:
- Weekly Aggregation: The profit from Tails Dice² is distributed into a profit-sharing pool every Monday.
- Allocation Based on Tails Level: The profit is allocated based on the level of your Tails. The higher the level, the more profit you are allocated.

We use a benchmark price from oracles to calculate Premiums and Net Deposit in USD.
*Bidding tokens equivalent to $1 in premium will earn you 200 EXP. For instance, if you pay $2.5 at bidding, it will round down to $2 and you'll get 2 * 200 = 400 EXP. Rebates are not deducted, so bid as early as possible.
**Depositing tokens with an equivalent value of $1 will earn you 0.005 EXP per hour. Net Deposit in USD and EXPs are rounded down to the nearest integer. If your net deposit is $250.5, you'll receive 1 EXP per hour ($250 * 0.005 = 1.25 EXP, rounded down to 1 EXP).
- Net Deposit in USD = The total value in USD of Warmup Balance and Active Balance across all your deposits.
Hint: 1. Click Refresh btn to timely update your Net Deposit in USD and EXP! 2. Tails will retain its level, traits, and EXPs you've consumed. So, you don't have to worry about losing your progress or the unique features of your Tails when you decide to unstake it. However, it won't be eligible for profit sharing while it's unstaked.
What's new on Tails v2?
- Stake multiple Tails up to 10, and feed them all at once.
- Manage all Tails, EXP, and dice profits on a single page.
- All users can now earn EXP from deposits and bids.
- Train any staked or unstaked Tails you choose.
- First deposit and first bid EXP have been removed, but the rest of EXP calculation rules remain unchanged.
To check the EXP of Tails on a secondary marketplace, follow these steps:
- Browse Listings: Look through the available Tails NFTs listed for sale.
- View Details: Click on the Tails NFT you are interested in. This will open a detailed view of the NFT, and click the "Token ID".
- Check the EXP Metadata: In the Sui explorer, you should be able to see the metadata of the Tails NFT, which includes its current EXP, level, and any unique traits it has acquired in the "Fields".
