Vaulter is the vault strategy provider, moderator of Modified Dutch Auctions, and liquidation facilitator of the secondary market. It must be approved by Typus to be vaulters, so it is not permissionless. Since option strategies may be fully collateralized or leveraged, Typus believes that professional option market makers who are capable of handling liquidation issues are more likely to become vaulters.

Vaulters reserve the right to terminate the auction during the auction. This design ensures that the interests of vaulters and vault depositors are aligned.
